1. Delivery

dazglobal.net delivers orders to all countries. The order is sent to the address indicated by the customer in the “delivery address” field on the order completion form. Due to the fact that we work with several carriers, deliveries are made by the carrier available at the time of the order placed.

 1.1. Delivery Times

Orders are normally shipped within 72 working hours. In case of urgency, contact dazglobal.net via email at drasteeartzone@gmail.con or Whatsapp so that we can carry out your order with the best solution and quickly.

Once the order has been sent, the usual delivery time is as described below, except for made-to-order products, which may have the delivery time extended by up to 10 to 40 days depends on the country.

 1.2 Out of stock products

For orders on products whose stock is low or out of stock, contact us by email at drasteeartzone@gmail.con so that we can expedite the desired quantity for you!

2. Deadlines and Refunds

Each payment institution has its own refund deadlines. If it is necessary to return the order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the order at our facilities.

ATTENTION: In order to maintain prices and quality at dazglobal.net, stocks need to be up to date, so – ORDERS THAT AWAIT PAYMENT FOR MORE THAN 48H WILL BE CANCELED.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

 You have 14 days from receipt of your order to check it, if you are not completely satisfied you must return it to us, and once checked, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer. It is necessary to contact us before starting any return process by email at drasteeartzone@gmail.con After 14 days you will be considered completely satisfied.
